I do NOT accept underage persons commissioning me for MATURE (18+) art. I reserve the right to refuse said commissions if I know that the customer is under 18. Purchasing any MATURE type of art from me confirms you are at least 18, and you agree to this; if this is untrue at any point, it is not my responsibility.

TERMS OF SERVICE

BY PURCHASING ANY WORK FROM ME, YOU ARE AGREEING BY LAW TO ABIDE BY THEM THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS OF ANY PURCHASE OR COMMISSION OF ANY PRODUCT FROM NOVALYON.
I WILL WORK UNDER THE ASSUMPTION
THAT YOU HAVE READ MY T.O.S.These terms are in place to protect both the seller and the buyer where possible, and to help maintain a steady work schedule, so that projects are completed in a timely manner, by their estimated completion date.
Any breach of these terms may result in cancellation of the project or sale, and a partial or full refund given upon review of the breach, and stage of the project's completion.
I obtain the right to cancel a commission and not refund any payment made in the event of a violation to my terms of service.My artwork and commissions, no matter what, CAN NOT be used as NFTs.

PAYMENT INFORMATIONI will always do my best to confirm and communicate the pricing, sending, and any delays in commissions.Payment is accepted through Bank Transfer (preferred) and PayPal at this time. All costs are in Great British Pounds (GBP) and all payments must be sent this way – PayPal will automatically convert from your default currency when money is sent in GBP.Payment plans are accepted on higher value items, but these must be arranged with us in advance of the purchase or commission. A 30% non-refundable deposit is mandatory to reserve the space/item.

PayingFor artwork and furcraft, half the payment will be required upfront, the rest once the half of the work has been done and approved.
For fursuits please see the timeline of work.Refunds may be given if:I am unable to complete your commission for any given reason,
or
I have not yet begun your commission and four months or more have passed since you have paid deposit for your commission, unless we have discussed prior to payment that there would be a wait. (subject to change based on size)

If a commissioner wishes for a refund, they will receive 100% if no steps have been taken at all, 60% if no inking has begun, and 20% if I have finished lining. Once the artwork is coloured no refunds are available.By paying an invoice sent to you, you automatically accept that you are paying for a digital product/service in case of an artwork, so it’s impossible to get a physical item.By paying an invoice sent to you, you agree to give up any attempts of chargeback, as you are confirming your access and/or ownership of the payment account related to the provided email.
You are also confirming that you are the owner of this account and money, or have permission to use it fully.
Any attempts of chargeback will be considered bad faith by the buyer and will result in automatic loss of character rights/work made.
If you use the digital product after getting a refund, you are fully aware of the possibility of legal actions.
The seller will also have full rights to resell the character design/ recycle the work made if chargeback is made.

REFERENCES AND INFORMATIONPlease provide all the necessary reference materials for your commission. Visual references and written references are fine; note that if the written reference is too complex/not specific enough for me to work off of, I reserve the right to add a charge onto the order and will contact you about it.Please be as specific as possible when ordering. I love to work off of artistic freedom when possible, but if you are wanting something exact, I will need exact information.I reserve my right to refuse to emulate another artist's style. I work on my own style, and while references and requests to make things more cartoony/realistic is fine, asking me to "draw like [insertname]" is not.

REVISIONS AND EDITS FOR ARTWORK
Please see timeline for fursuits!You will be sent a sketch in which you will be able to tell me what you want fixed/changed, removed, or added, or if I'm allowed to continue.Anything I missed from the given information or reference on the order form(s) will be changed for free.
Any edits past 2 fixes during the sketch, will cost a fee. Fee depends on complexity/number of extra changes. This is subject to change based on amount of the sketch that is requested to be changed.Any edits post sketch that weren't my responsibility, will cost a fee. Fee depends on what you want redrawn/fixed.
I am not responsible for faults resulted in information you do not provide to me.

ShippingShipping prices will vary depending on the size and weight of the item, as well as where it’s being shipped to. All goods ship from the UK, so international fees will be considerably more. On custom orders, the cost of shipping will not be included in the agreed payment, and will be calculated upon completion. We reserve the right to ship via any shipping method we choose, though this may be discussed with the client for their preference. Higher value items must be shipped fully tracked and insured.We do not accept any loss or damage of any items during shipping, and any such incidents will have to be claimed through the courier.

WarrantyAny defects or faults/damage upon receiving the product must be raised with us within 14 days of standard shipping in the UK and 28 days international, or within 7 days of receipt of tracked goods.All products are entitled to 3 months warranty for minor repairs due to manufacturing defects, or damage deemed to be as a result of inadequate manufacturing quality by ourselves. We will not honour a warranty where there is evidence of the intentional damage or modification, and a fee may be charged to repair. As everything is hand crafted, some things may be fragile, and all products must be treated with care – most products will come with a care guide.All Shipping must be paid by the buyer, unless agreed otherwise. Outside of the warranty, repairs will be charged at an hourly rate plus material costs. We will request clear photos of the issue prior to receiving the product, and will do our best to adviseAny returns request will be dealt with on an individual basis. We reserve the right to decline any returns if the reason given appears inadequate to warrant a return. Similarly, the refund amount will be undecided until the product is received to be inspected, and an assessment made.

ReturnsReturns are generally not accepted outside of exceptional circumstances, though it is up to our discretion as to whether the circumstances warrant a return, either for full or part refund. All products will be thoroughly detailed in their description, as each item is unique and hand crafted. All photos will be of the exact product for sale, so the buyer can see exactly what they will receive before purchasing.In the event of made-to-order projects, full photographs and descriptions will be provided prior to shipping the product to ensure full understanding as to it's condition.

TIME FRAMEDeadlines are acceptable as long as I'm warned beforehand. A rush fee may be added depending on the deadline.Gentle reminders every now and then are acceptable.I will update my Trello, or you directly, with delays.

COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICYYou may use your commissioned work for personal use, but cannot claim that you are the one who made it.This includes, but is not limited to, cropping the art to use for icons, banners, badges, tattoos, etc.You may repost the commission onto your social media, but you must credit me. For suits please mention it every now and then where able to.If you sell your art/suit, you may not charge more than what you ordered it for.My art CANNOT be used for NFTs or other crypto-based platforms.I own all rights to the work I have created along with the rights to post my work where I deem necessary to promote myself or my art.
If the commissioner chooses to keep this commission private, they must mention it during the process of ordering a commission. Privacy fees change based on commission type and complexity, to account for lack of advertising.

ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED:Using my artwork for commercially (making money off of it by any means)Taking credit for my artwork / claiming as your ownRemoving or purposefully cropping out my watermarks/signatureEditing/altering the artwork itself (without my permission first)
